Our standard shipping method is via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping Charges
For orders up to $50, shipping is $8
For orders from $51 to $149, shipping is $12
FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $150 within the continental US

If any Barking Baby purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or merchandise exchange.
Our apologies, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, and we cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
